SqueezeImage.app provides a web-based platform for:

  • Image compression and optimization.
  • Image resizing and cropping.
  • Format conversion (e.g., PNG to WebP, JPG to AVIF). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the service at any time.

3. User Responsibilities & Content

  • Ownership: You retain all rights to the images you upload. SqueezeImage.app does not claim ownership of your content.
  • Lawful Use: You agree not to upload any images that are illegal, infringe on intellectual property rights, or contain malicious code (viruses, malware).
  • Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you process through our service. We do not monitor user uploads but reserve the right to block access if these terms are violated.

4. Prohibited Activities

To ensure fair use for everyone, you agree not to:

  • Use any automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the service without an official API key.
  • Attempt to bypass any technical limitations or “hack” the service.
  • Use the service for any purpose that places an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.

5. Payments and Refunds

  • Subscriptions: If you purchase a premium plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees.
  • Billing: Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly/yearly).

6. Limitation of Liability

SqueezeImage.app is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

  • We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
  • We are not liable for any loss of data, loss of profits, or damages resulting from your use of (or inability to use) the service.
  • Always keep backups of your original images.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Portugal, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
