This website, SqueezeImage.app, and all associated services are owned and operated by Squeeze (hereinafter referred to as “Squeeze”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Description of Service
SqueezeImage.app provides a free, web-based platform for image optimization and processing.
Client-Side Technology: All core image processing (compression, conversion, resizing) is performed locally within your web browser. Your images are never uploaded to our servers.
Open Access: Squeeze is currently offered without registration, login, or paid subscription. All features are available to all visitors.
No Server-Side Image Handling: We do not receive, store, or process your images on our servers. Tool settings used during a session remain in your browser and are not saved to our infrastructure.
2. Use of the Service
No account is required to use Squeeze.
You are responsible for your use of the service and for ensuring that your device, browser, and internet connection are suitable for local image processing.
You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
3. Content & Ownership
Your Images: You retain 100% ownership of your images. Since images stay on your device, SqueezeImage.app never accesses, copies, or stores your visual content.
Legal Use: You agree not to use the service to process content that violates any laws or infringes on the intellectual property of others.
4. Service Availability & “As Is” Clause
The service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
We are not responsible for technical failures of your browser, operating system, or hardware (for example, insufficient RAM) that may affect the local processing of images.
Since we do not store your images, we cannot recover any files for you. Always keep backups of your original data.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice.
5. Prohibited Actions
You agree not to:
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy the client-side processing scripts.
- Use the service to distribute malware or perform denial-of-service attacks on our infrastructure.
- Abuse the service in ways that interfere with its normal operation or impose an unreasonable load on our systems.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Squeeze and its founder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data or hardware failure) resulting from the use of our browser-based tools.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be settled in the competent courts of Ukraine.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Effective Date at the top of this page. Continued use of Squeeze after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
